    Due to the nature of our made-to-order and limited edition designs, we only accept returns in specific cases.

    Returns are accepted if:

    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item has a clear manufacturing defect

    Return Conditions:
    •  You must contact us within 6 calendar days of receiving your order.
    •  The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    •  A return request must be approved before the item is shipped back.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

    2. Exchange Policy

    We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

    • You received the wrong size or item.
    • The item is damaged or defective.
    Exchange Conditions:
    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
    • The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
